Catherine and Luke knew they’d need to address the drainage issue with their gutter system. They decided to have them replaced, but they also needed an answer to the problem.

While they had ideas, they weren’t sure on the exact course of action.

“I mentioned to my husband I wanted to have our gutters replaced because of a water drainage issue. Our small bungalow property is mostly covered due to the house, long concrete drive to a large detached two-car garage, limiting places for rainwater to flow and drain. When it rains heavily, my basement is affected. I hoped larger gutters and changing the placement of the downspouts might direct all that water away from the foundation.”

I really appreciated having that, so if I had other questions or considerations, I had time to think it over to bring them up at the meeting.”

We managed to get to a more reasonable price for us. I signed the contract.”

It was obvious by the absolutely clean truck and trailer, the condition of the tools being unloaded, and the guys all wearing company attire, that this was a company that cared about their image. Ladders went up, Kelton and Owen started removing my old gutters, while R.J. started to work in the trailer, connecting the machinery to create our new gutters and install the supports. They worked as a real team. There was no bickering, back talk, swearing, or loud music played. Brandt was right, we did love these guys! When the time came to get the long sections of gutter lifted for installation at the roof line, Kelton and Owen joined R.J., and they spaced themselves out and lifted and carried them up the ladders together. What a synchronized group!”

I didn’t get any sense of attitude, or frustration with having to do something over to my liking. Just a simple, polite “We can change that for you”. It had to do with redirecting the drainage from one downspout, which was the whole reason I had wanted this.”
