The salesman, Rick Welch, came out and did a fantastic job of explaining the process of the roof installation. The cleanup was fantastic. This was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them.
I was needing a new roof and called Clemens for an estimate. I was very impressed with the presentation given by Josh. He was very professional, and he went into great detail about their business, and I especially liked their warranties and the quality of their shingles. The workers did a great job getting the old roof taken off and the new roof put on in one day. Everyone at Clemens has been a joy to do business with. I would definitely recommend them.
They came to replace our roof, which was only three years old, and previous craftsmanship was definitely sub-standard. Clemens was fantastic through the whole process. Joey, as the main project manager and main contact, saw everything through to every detail. When we arrived home, it looked like no one had been there except the fact we had a brand-new roof and 20 + years of not having to worry if our roof would leak or cave in.
