Our crews are all part of their own departments. If you hire us for a window replacement, it’s our window crew you meet. If it’s a gutter replacement, our gutter crew will be sent your way.
Each crew is specialized and generally focuses on a specific service. In turn, each crew has a department and department manager.
This is where our commitment to quality comes in.
Before your remodel is considered complete, not only will our crew leader check for quality, but the department manager will come out and do their own quality-control check.
Our department manager is also responsible for signing off on each project their crews work on. This means your home gets multiple people, ensuring everything is how it should be.

Even After Your Exterior Home Remodeling
Project Is Complete, We’re Here For You
In addition to the multiple layers of oversight, there are a couple more steps after the project is complete.
About a week after your project is complete, we’ll reach out to come back out. This is to ensure everything went well. It’s a check to see if the installation is what you expected and how the process went from start to finish.
We’ll ask many questions about how we did, including:
- What can we improve on?
- How was our communication?
- Did we leave your property as clean as we found it?
We aim for 100% satisfaction, and we come back out to make sure we nailed it.
And if that wasn’t enough, we also check in again. About a year after your project is complete, we’ll reach out again. This is again to ensure that the installation is how it should be.
We don’t install things for them to fall apart as soon as we pull out of your driveway. And coming back out again a year later is a warranty check meant to ensure you’re still 100% satisfied with the job we did.

Overall 5 star experience. Our project had some challenges and we had to change plans a few times and someone from Clemens was always in contact with us. The work was completed in a day and they communicated with us during the project. They cleaned up, were super nice, and the windows look wonderful!
Clemens did a great job of replacing my gutters. Eric Logan was a great sales person, no high pressure, just information. Luis and his team did the replacement and were quick and very good! Luis made sure he followed up with me and that I was happy. I asked for a longer down spout on my front porch and Luis came and replaced it right away!! Thank you. They were great to work with.
