Here Is A Step-By-Step Snapshot Of How We Handle Your Project

At Clemens Home Solutions, we’ve flipped the script on high-stress remodeling. We’ve developed a special process that ensures your project flows smoothly from the first call to the final walkthrough. We follow this process to the letter to protect you from the hassles, hitches, and headaches other homeowners experience with contractors.

Here is a 5-step snapshot of how our process provides you with a stress-free experience—start to finish:

#1: Initial Contact

When you initially call us, you’ll speak with a friendly Clemens Representative. You’ll explain the key details of your project in broad terms, and our Representative will ask you a few preliminary questions.

After this quick and easy discussion, our Representative will schedule a convenient time for your free in-home Project Consultation. About 48 hours before the Consultation, we will contact you to confirm your appointment.

#2: Project Consultation

On the day of your Consultation, your Clemens Project Consultant will arrive in a branded vehicle, wearing a company-approved uniform, and with appropriate identification.

The goal of your Project Consultation is as follows:

• A project discovery session in which your Project Consultant asks you smart and insightful questions to understand your needs, goals, and budget.
• A walkthrough of your home to determine the scope of your project and the potential possibilities.
• A product showcase where you can see, touch, and test out genuine material samples.
• An in-depth measurement so your Project Consultant can provide you with a firm and fair price. We also review financing options if you prefer to pay in comfortable monthly installments.
• A detailed proposal that clearly outlines the materials, scope of work, final price, and all other key details.

If you choose to move forward, it’s on to the next step…

#3: Planning & Production

This is the “behind the scenes” phase of your project. We order your materials, schedule your job for production, and prepare everything for a smooth installation day.

Within 10 days of your Project Consultation, you’ll receive a courtesy call to schedule a tentative installation date. As the planning phase progresses, we’ll follow up with you to determine an exact date that works for you.

During this phase of your project, we keep you in the loop every step of the way. We’ll call or email you with key updates. You’ll even have the personal cellphone number of your Project Manager AND our company owner. We believe open lines of communication are imperative to providing you with a stress-free experience.

#4: Installation

Installation day is when you’ll see the benefits of all our front-end planning. Our certified installers arrive at your home on time and with ALL the resources they need to perform the job 100% RIGHT. They work with precision, passion, and PURPOSE. They understand how important your remodel is to you… and they pour over every detail as a result.

After the installation, the Lead Installer will perform A) a quality inspection and B) a final walkthrough with you. You’ll review the project to make certain it’s done to your total satisfaction.

#5: After The Job

Once your installation is complete, our Customer Care Representative will follow up with a courtesy call. The representative will briefly stop by to deliver a gift basket and your warranty, as well as take photos of your project. Final payment can also be made at this time.

We also conduct a quick satisfaction survey. We want to know how you TRULY felt about your experience—what you liked, anything you felt we could have done better, and so on.
